Mr. Gaukler is considered the founder of the Trust and was a member of the Board of Trustees since its formation in 1997 through June of 2023. George owns and operates Valley Realty, Inc. which provides property management, finance and construction management services to owners and operators of multi-family and commercial properties. Mr. Gaukler is a partner of Dakota REIT Management, LLC (the “Advisor”) and served as its President through 2022. Mr. Gaukler continues to provide leadership guidance and mentorship on a weekly basis.
