Dakota REIT announces the acquisition of 3909 Apple Creek Road located in Bismarck, ND. The 79,200 square foot multi-tenant industrial building is located in an industrial park on the southeast side of Bismarck along I-94 and US Hwy 83. Its location makes it appealing as a regional distribution center.
