When do distributions occur?
1st Quarter – January 4th
2nd Quarter – April 1st
3rd Quarter – July 2nd
4th Quarter – October 1st
Can I get my cash distribution deposited directly in my bank account?

Yes, complete a Direct Deposit form and return it to our office with a voided check.  You do need to complete a separate form for each account. 


Who can reinvest their distribution?

 If you are a resident of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Arizona, Florida, Montana, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, or Colorado you can reinvest your distribution.  Please complete Sections 1, 2, & 6 of the Shareholder Change form.  Unfortunately, if you are not a resident of these states, you must take your distribution in cash. 

How can I update my address?

Please complete Sections 1, 2, & 4 of the Shareholder Change form to change your permanent address.  A W-9 Form and a copy of your new photo ID showing your new address are also required.

Only gone for a while?  Complete Section 1, 2, & 5 of the Shareholder Change form to make a temporary address change.
How do I add beneficiaries on my account?

You can add beneficiaries to your account by completing the Transfer on Death form.

How can I liquidate my shares?
