2025 4th Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Boardof Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce itsquarterly distribution at $0.245 cents per share, (5.16% rate of return)payable December 31, 2025 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2025.  Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 27years and this is its 113th consecutive quarterly distribution.
