2025 1st Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Board of Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution at $0.245 cents per share, (5.16% rate of return) payable March 31, 2025 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2025.  Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 27 years and this is its 110th consecutive quarterly distribution.
