2024 3rd Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Board of Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution at $0.245 cents per share, (5.16% rate of return) payable September 30, 2024 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2023. Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 26 years and this is its 108th consecutive quarterly distribution.
