2023 2nd Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Board of Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution at 23 cents per share, (5.11% rate of return) payable July 7, 2023 to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2023.  Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 25 years and this is its 103rd consecutive quarterly distribution.
