2023 1st Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Board of Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution at 23 cents per share, (5.11% rate of return) payable April 7, 2023 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2023. Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 25 years and this is its 102nd consecutive quarterly distribution.
