Dakota REIT held its 2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting in Fargo, ND at the Hilton Garden Inn on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
Among the business conducted at the meeting was the re-election of the Board of Trustees, including two new board members, Jerry Banks of Omaha, NE and Lisa Wheeler of Fargo, ND.
It was also announced at the meeting that the Board of Trustees had approved an increase in the price for Dakota REIT shares from $17.00 to $18.00 effective September 1, 2022.
