2022 4th Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Board of Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution at 23 cents per share, (5.11% rate of return) payable January 6, 2023 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2022. Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 25 years and this is its 101st consecutive quarterly distribution.

 

Dakota REIT is a North Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust.
