2022 3rd Qtr. Distribution Declaration

The Board of Trustees for Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution at 23 cents per share, (5.11% rate of return) payable October 7, 2022 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2022.  Dakota REIT has paid distributions for 24 years and this is its 100th consecutive quarterly distribution.

Dakota REIT is a North Dakota Real Estate Investment Trust.
