Mr. Slusky was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2015 and, in 2018, he was appointed to the Trust’s Investment Council. Mr. Slusky’s 50-year law practice focused on real estate planning and development, zoning, and finance. During the last 15 years, he has led Slusky CRE and SG Communities in the development of over 2000 multifamily units in Iowa and Nebraska. Mr. Slusky also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Creighton University School of Law, teaching real estate planning, finance, and development.
