Mr. Braun was one of the initial members of the Board of Trustees in 1997 and served as the Trust’s Treasurer for 24 years. In 2006, Mr. Braun retired from the Ludvigson Braun & Company, an accounting firm located in Valley City North Dakota. Mr. Braun became a Licensed Public Accountant in 1975.
